Maxie Vortex — Description
An original character who has been essentially unchanged in design and personality since I first drew her... eight or nine years ago.

Genki Girl of the Future, Maxie Vortex. Don't ask me how you're meant to know she's from the future. You're just supposed to KNOW.

I started colouring this in the old cel-shading style I always used to use back in the day. Halfway through I got lazy and started slopping colours on in a painty style and liked the way it looked just as well (and it was faster, heh), so I slopped over the whole thing and here it is. Backgroundless because I didn't plan ahead. Apparently, I like brown.

Trivia: Roughly half the time I draw Maxie, I forget to draw her black shorts and end up with just the skirt. I would have forgotten this time except I was thinking that her butt looked a bit exposed and then realized that I hadn't drawn her any shorts. >_>
