Tina is probably the second most worked-on character I've ever made next to Saya. After being left into child care she was adopted by two Africans who as much as she loves with all her heart she never felt truly welcome in her household. They raised her to be very isolated from the outside world on cable which is weird where her eccentric personality comes from. It's also where her shyness came from. Tina would continuously have trouble making friends especially when she skipped a grade into high school. This is where she found her worst nightmare, Alex Chau.
Alex would bully and pick on her for most of the year until Cynthia moved to Black-Capped City. Cynthia stopped Alex from constantly picking on her and after Cynthia and Alex stopped being friends she moved to be Tina's. It's through Cynthia that you get to see the best and worst of Tina. At her best she's, helpful, understanding intelligent, and playfully snarky. But at her worst, she's overly eccentric, nosy, a smart Alec, and danger-prone. However, at the end of the day, she's a caring friend till the end and is always available to give Cynthia advice or to be a shoulder to cry on.
