Character's Bio
When it became apparent that frequent, random weather changes were affecting postal deliveries to the nearby islands, it was decided that something had to be done, the people of Dragon Roost Island sent out a call for help. Attracted to the local weather phenomenon that was happening there, Galgulli set off!

A rather eccentric and open Rito, with the assistance of his handcrafted charts/graphs/misc. data, his trusty monitoring stick and his natural intuition for predicting weather patterns, Galgulli is able to make near spot on predictions. His daily forecasts have become a staple part of the Rito tribe’s day, with a briefing first thing in the morning after the rollcall, and a forecast posted on the Windfall bulletin board biweekly. Although not being part of their tribe, his vital assistance has given him great respect from the other members of Dragon Roost Island.

Character's design Notes:
Surely all Rito need to have a rough idea of the weather before setting off, don’t they?
Tried to give him a dashing, clean look, rather like a TV forecaster, this explains the strange ‘tie and shirt’ collar, and buttoned jacket. Unsure about his place of origin, but not being from around Dragon Roost, I decided to give him a different tribal colour, seeing as Dragon Roost Rito’s have a red/white/green thing going on, I went with Blue to match his eyes. ^_^
The hair was actually the starting point for the whole thing; I knew I wanted his hair to be stuck out, kind of like Dr. Wright’s from SimCity, again to differentiate him from DRI Ritos,
The stick resembles a primitive weather station, with an early form of those strange’ cup-pinwheels’ and readout machine.
