This latest exchange only seemed to irritate Emera even more. Aquene had challenged her, Emera accepted, but thought she could fold her opponent rather quickly. Instead, Aquene had slipped punches through every micro opening she could find on Emera. Emera, in turn, had poured more power into her punches, battering the smaller woman. It was now a matter of attrition. Emera or Aquene, were determined to make each other fold.
