They do change some events around, but itβs the same basic plot. The Suiko V manga also does the same thing, rearranges the order of some minor events, or combines multiple events for the sake of brevity, but in the end itβs the same story.

Her dialog isnβt very clear even to core Suikoden fans. The series is very cagey and reluctant to provide information on several long-running mysteries. And since there hasnβt been a true Suikoden game since V (Tierkreis on the DS is an unrelated side story that occurs in an alternate universe), we have no answers to our questions.

Sheβs absolutely gorgeous. And her exact age is unknown, but sheβs at least 168 years old, since sheβs in every numbered Suikoden game, and the series takes place over exactly that many years. Suikoden V implies that sheβs either ageless or extremely ancient.

Sheβs one of several advanced magic users in the series who are either ageless or very old. We just donβt know, since the series never got around to explaining and itβs sort of dead in the water now. Konami is content to cash in by releasing manga adaptations and soundtrack remixes once in a while, but new games appear out of the question.
