So for this redesign I wanted to portray The Riddler as a younger more modern version! My was inspired by the hipsters of the world and wanted him to look like someone who frequents music festivals like Coachella etc! I've been really into the new Black Canary series and I've fallen in love with Annie Wu's artwork for that series and all the hipstery fashions and costumes shes created for it!!! This version is basically a rebel out to cause mischief and have a good time (didn't really think of a back story for him ) I feel like with his tattoos he would fit right into a Suicide Squad sequel XD
