"Police sirens, followed by whooshing energy sounds."
- Transformation announcement
- Lore Story:
In the year 2084, the city of Technovalley, along with Detroit, has become the world's leading manufacture city, when it comes to robots… Robots with human like emotions, and are given lawful rights, just like humans.
But there are still those humans, and robots, who believe that the other should have more rights than the other, and have therefore turned to a life of crime.
For those who can't accept humans and robots as equals, there is the Vector Cops. A special police force, with special experience in dealing with both criminal humans and robots. And their main asset, are the Power Rangers Vector Cops, bringing order to a high-tech world of machine related crimes.
(These Rangers, just like the S.P.D. Rangers, don't hide their identities from the public, since they are officers of the law.)

- Character Story:
Sindy Hope is an angel, with fists tough as stones. A skilled martial artist, with a first class education in first aid, she is the caring aspect of the Vector Cops Rangers.

She first decided to become a police officer, when the hospital that her mom worked at, was attacked and robbed of all its money, by a band of criminal robots. That was simply the last straw for Sindy, and she joined the Vector Cops Academy, and graduated with good grades in both combat skill, and in first aid.

As the Pink Ranger, Sindy serves as the first aid officer of the team. If anyone nearby is injured or hurt, she is always the one who swiftly gets them to safety, while the other Rangers start to take care of the criminals. She is also the heart of the group, always open to listening to the other Rangers, if they have any problems, and offers them good advice.

Because of her caring side is the side of her personality that she shows the most, many… Especially criminals… Often mistakes her for a softy, with no guts. But dare telling her that she is soft, and you will feel her stone hard karate fist, in your face. After all, being caring, doesn't mean that you can't also be hard… Hard as stone.
