Description Not Nera.

Anna.

Anna folded her arms over her chest and fixed the inspector with a withering look. ‘Is this really necessary?’

‘Yes.’ The man, doing her best to ignore her. That she was getting used to, and she was beginning to not care either. Early on she had come to loath the inspector, a man in his late thirties that smelled of axe body spray, and kept shooting her reproachful looks like she was some kind of escaped lab rat given free reign of the facility. She had little love for him either. All the tests, the poking the prodding, countless experiments!

Though it was only a temporary measure, and her time she had to spend had been progressively reduced to weekly visits she still hated the time she had to spend here. The air smelled of disinfectant and cleaner, making her sensitive nose itch. The beast in the back of her mind growled its disproval, every time she visited she felt her primal side rage. Closed doors, closed halls, artificial lights, they all raked against her senses, it was unnatural, and it made her uneasy.

Then there were the blood work and vaccinations they insisted on giving her. The first time the doctors learned to not surprise her. Or to prick her in sensitive areas with needles. That session had gone particularly badly, for the staff on hand anyways.

The memory made her smile. They had insisted on having her wear one of those stupid medical gowns with no back. She had never been more happy to have a tail then at that very moment as it helped keep what little modesty the undersized gowns afforded. The stupid fabric was meant for a human frame, and it did little to nothing to cover her giant sized body.

Anna had to lay on her belly just so the medical staff could start pricking her with their stupid needles. Despite her trying to explain the futility of the task. With one particularly nasty shot one of the junior medical technicians thought he would make the passing easier by not warning her before he impaled her rump.

That was a mistake.

Something she was more than happy to explain as she pinned the squirming medic several feet off the ground while her massive fingers closed around his throat. The experience did offer some enlightenment regarding the government’s security measures regarding her existence. Less than a thirty seconds after she had ripped the doctor off the floor than security bolted in and began to pump her full of tranquilizers.

She made two things very clear to those security enforcers that day. One, tranquilizer formula, even with enough geared up to take down a wildebeests had little to no effect on her body chemistry. They did however make her angry. Very. Angry. And second, that the last place one wants to be is stuck in a closed room with over seven hundred pound of enraged Greater Kudar beast. Only the addition of high voltage security nets, and a considerable amount of restraint on her part, there was no one hurt. Seriously anyway. She made no apologies.

Though the incident had reduced the number of visits she had to endure. So there was that. Still smiling she looked over at the inspector that had been assigned to her.

‘Do you at least have some explanation for the…unexpected growth?’ She gave him another withering glare. ‘You do know what you are doing, right?’

The gaze her returned was almost as withering as her own. It was common knowledge that despite their tests they were unable to make heads or tails of her condition. Or what her body was doing now that she had returned.

‘If you really want to know.’ He began, looking down at the screen and back at her. ‘I think we are done for the day.’

‘Good.’

Without asking his permission she stood, ripping of the gown and throwing to the floor. That got a reaction even from his stony face. Not bothering to cover anything she strode to the door and ripped it open.

‘See you next week.’ She called over her shoulder, ignoring the gaping stares of those she passed.

C.S. Notes: So, I suspect some are asking 'Anna'? She looks a lot like Nera, and isn't Anna human...and blind? Yes. And isn't Nera a hyena living in the Zootopia realm? Yes. So... an Explanation:

Way back when, for those of you who have ventured to the very beginning of my gallery, you can find a character that looks nearly identical to Nera, save for a hair flop. This is Anna. A character that I created long before I dreamed up Nera and Amenii. Anna, existed in three time lines and three different realities. The first was in a story I am working on: Star Bound, a great story I want to finish some time. A comic I have not yet been able to give a name, describing Anna's history and transformation from human into a Kudar Beast. A great story that goes into depth regarding human rights, survival, and personal battles against long odds. I want to tell this story so badly. But I suspect I will have to higher a ghost writer. And lastly, there is the realm where Anna is human, and blind. I admit this is the last one I created, I loved the idea, the origanl idea of her as a blind character.

So to help distinguish this dimension's Anna from Nera, I have had to alter her considerably. First and foremost being the darkening of her muzzle, covering her upper face much more than Nera's pattern extends. And then there is the muscles. Anna has been living on a considerably larger planet as such her body had to adapt. Strange affects: Due to earths lesser gravity and considerably weaker atmosphere Anna's body is trying to adapt once again. In addition, her mutation is not a stable one. And she is still changing. For better or worse.
