Description
The train rocked with a steady rhythmic motion, Amenii felt her eyes flutter shut once, and then again. Despite the view outside the window, sleep kept calling to her.Just a quick nap.
She let her ears fold back as she rested against the window plane, the rocking motion carrying her off into a blissful doze. It felt as though she had just closed her eyes before they snapped open again. A sound? Someone was shouting, followed by a crash and the thump of feet running.
Pushing herself off her seat Amenii made for the door, what was going on out there?
