Enjoyed working on this one. Anakin's decent into the dark side was purely brought about because of his fear of losing the ones he loved and the determination to prevent it. Episode III's ending left me sad, because to me, Anakin died and Darth Vader was just his empty husk. In this picture, I wanted to use the lighting to give you a sense of the dark side, as well as give a sliver of light from the Jedi fading away. And while all of this is happening, Anakin stays focused on his objective. His eyes never losing sight of the goal, but they're blinded by the path that takes him there. A tragic character.
