Alice became more and more spherical as her body rapidly filled with juice; She felt the pressure within her build up, she started lactating and leaking blueberry juice. Alice's fear turned to curious pleasure as she started to realize she was enjoying her new blueberry self. Alice remembers Maria and Amy are going to visit later so she was comforted that help is on its way but in the meantime all she can do is enjoy being a swelled up blueberry girl.

The special blueberries and the amount that she ate has changed Alice's body irreversibly and she will be a blueberry girl permanently. She has a base size that she can't go below, her body produces juice constantly increasing her size over time and has to juice herself to get back to smaller sizes. If she doesn't expel juice she'll just keep getting bigger. Even as a blueberry girl Alice will continue to grow and sell fruit for a living.
