WOMB.. — Description
I love the darkness,
And the simple comfort that silence brings.
The last words of things left unspoken,
Rather thought, and understood.

I yearn for my place there,
In that arid warmth of eternity:
Soft velvet walls in a sort of utero.
Not a nirvana, but peaceful sleep.

I'll know-
As Time makes her way to me-
When I will make the journey
To the darkness,
And the silence,
And the peace of Earth's womb.
The WombI love the darkness,
And the simple comfort that silence brings.
The last words of things left unspoken,
Rather thought, and understood.
I yearn for my place there,
In that arid warmth of eternity:
Soft velvet walls in a sort of utero.
Not a nirvana, but peaceful sleep.
I'll know-
As Time makes her way to me-
When I will make the journey
To the darkness,
And the silence,
And the peace of Earth's womb.
