RAGE... — Description
A gift for Kay ,the "Warlock of cats and ravens"..
Happy Birthday,my dear friend!

Anger is energy. We feel it and we want to do something.
But we are nice people, and what we do with our anger is stuff it,
deny it, bury it, block it, hide it, lie about it, medicate it, muffle it, ignore it.
We do everything but listen to it. Anger is meant to be listened to.
Anger is a voice, a shout, a plea, a demand....

Anger comes from our passions, but it becomes sin when it is destructive,
either to others or to ourselves.
Pent-up anger will either explode uncontrollably
or eat away at our hearts and souls until it takes up all of our interior space.
Unless and until we release our anger, there is no room in us for anything else.
