TMNT Raphael — Description
My version of Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. I gave him some biker glove and full cowl mask. I also gave him a Turtle Com that he carries on his belt. As for Turtle Design I actually looked at Blastoise and Carracosta for Ideas.
