Apple Country — Description
I'm not exceptionally fond of this picture, but since it's been sucking up my time for the past week (which explains the absence of submissions here ^^), I decided to submit it. The only parts I like about it are the top and bottom left corners...I kinda killed the picture (as usual) when I did the background. Poor planning on my part.

This picture is for an art contest (IRL, where you can win *real* money, not Gaian gold or neopoints, mind you, but real money. hoorah for US saving bonds! XD). The theme of this contest was to draw apples and make them look pretty...so...I did that. My entry's not very creative, but hopefully the shiny redness of my apples will woo the judges. If I do win something, my picture becomes property of the contest holders (Washington Apple Association or somesuch), and I think I have to delete it from here. Which I was planning to do anyways...so...yeah.

Prismacolors, 7 hours? I went over this so many times...and yet...there are just these tiny specks of paper that refuse to be colored. And so my scanner picked them up and decided to magnify them and showcase my poor coloring skills like the mad banshee that it is. XP
