It's so fitting that Marra was the one to do it instead of Lupis(although Lupis would have been a very poetic choice, last son of Balder/first son of Rune killing the Mad-eyed King, but a woman getting her revenge on her twisted husband is much more satisfying~)
It just felt like it happened too fast, but I have a feeling Tribble has a reason for it

Yeah! I loved that Rune's death was so out of left field but rewatching the show u can see it was building up Marra as his killer. I trust Maddi and I dont think Rune's story is quite finished yet

Yes exactly honest I couldn't see anyone replacing him as the big bad and the episode really helped with his motivation if it was true anyways which I believe now haha. The writing for COTW was so origional and amazingΒ

It's so unique and colorful, even scenes like these that are scary and bloody - the amount of emotion that is clearly outstanding!
