. Live in forests far away from humans, and can regrow plants and make an ecosystem suitable for life if its withering away.
. They hatch from eggs, and the first half of their childhood is spent in the water by where the colony lives since their lungs have not grown yet, and they have workers who will watch over the children and make sure they are not harmed.
. Once they are old enough there gills disappear, replaced by a hard substance over where they used to be.
. The fluff around their arms/legs/back doesn't grow until their early teens.
. Wings are like a dragonflys.
. The leader of the colony is always a queen.
. Their diet consists of bugs,fruit, and anything that grows naturally, they can even eat bark and roots.
. They can fly, but for long journeys they ride huge beetle like creatures.
. No pupils, and their eye color is usually a variation of their blood, if not its a rare trait.
. Non bright blood is extremely rare.
. Smaller antennas / ears are uncommon.
. Males have denser fur then females. Females have lighter fur and softer antennas.
. In baby form they have multiple eyes, but when they're lungs grow in they are left with only the two main ones and two smaller ones on the bottom.
. They are nocturnal, and cannot see clearly in sunlight. They can only see okay in dull artificial lights or like you would see in a lantern, and of course when its night out.
. Their antennas blink brightly when they are happy, like a fireflys butt does.
. If pregnant only can have up to two children at a time.
. Mating season is in the winter, and they give birth in the spring.
