Where do I start?...
There are so many things to comment on the first panel alone...
I might as well make a list:

(1st panel) First- That's right people: Rakion is, in fact, A NERD!
Second- Just the idea of having D&D in their world is mind bugling to no end!
but, whatever: they have "Oreo" and "Swan Princess", I guess everything's possible.
Third- I cannot comprehend the concept of Rakion, who is A FIRE-ELEMENTAL, sitting at a table
and pretending he's in a fantasy adventure with his friends... I--! JU--! HE HAS REAL POWERS!
WHY DOES HE NEED TO PRETEND?! You, know what? Fine! He probably just played it for fun, that's cool.
Fourth- OH MY GOD! RAKION IS A NERD!!!
Fifth- Why the hell would Jack even say it? I mean... Do these guys LOOK like they know what the fuck D&D is?!
Maybe Minty HEARD of it, but that's it!
I think Jack literally talked to us, the readers, the only people who would get that. Hell, he even LOOKS at us when he says it...
And that... opens so many doors to Jack's existence as "a fourth wall" character, 'cause he's gonna have a lot of jokes like that in future stories.
So... does that mean he's "above" the comic? Does he know he's IN comic and non of it is real? Am I being too philosophical here for no reason?...

(2nd panel)- Jack, you really don't wanna stay in that pose. The more I look at you like this
the more I'm tempted to utilize this opportunity and shove something huge up your ass.

(3rd panel)- You know what? That really piss me off 'cause I don't know ANYTHING
about D&D game-play, so I can't actually write believable game related words for Rakion to say...
This sucks... I'm gonna have to research it when he'll talk more in details about it...

(last panel)- Oh, boy. What crazy shenanigans does he plan for the next page?...

Y~eah... Sooo just in case you guys haven't figured it out yet: Jack's main purpose in life
seems to be embarrassing Rakion...
Ohh! Will he ever stop being so likable? X3
