Don't you just wish this could've happened~? Miyu Shinohara saved from [youdon'twannaknow] by a tentacle monster and who to do so than 'her' identical twin onii-chan--Yukina Shinohara~? Unfortunately Yukina continues to relive the nightmare of finding out what happened to Miyu-chan and the others in Heavenly Host to the point what makes the dreams nightmares is that he actually succeeds in saving them, only to realize he's dreaming and as such, his deceased friends are not really there.

Mayumi Shinozaki is usually Yukina's first witness to such nightmares. It's one of the reasons why Mayumi is always trying to get close with Yukina as she's usually the first person (if not the only one) Yukina willingly opens up to. o.o

As for the image itself, I've deliberately left a few things vague. Whether or not Miyu Shinohara and Yuka Mochida are actually there or apparitions is anyone's guess.
