Mage Rider Magnus — Description
or MASK Rider Magnus

Cuthbert Sinclair or Magnus(Supernatural) was once an ally but was kicked out. He is now the Collector for Supernatural, weapons, and ancient artifacts. He is also the grandmaster of magic spells and techs. He is the enemy of MASK Rider Twilight, Phantom, and Warlock.

note:
I edited his visor to make him more MASK Rider than Power Rangers.
