yay the second ragdoll!!! 8Dshe is eli (..hmm...elena..or maybe elizabeth o,o) and she has powers too, of ice and water, both.
i like her right eye.
some things about her:
-we can say she is 14, yup
-her powers get stronger when she cries, aww poor baby X3
