Hmm, probably not.These two are actually best friends.
Charmin has had a crush on Ivy ever since they met, he was just a Charmander at the time and Ivy was a Snivy.
So when Ivy uses the attack attract in a tag team battle and it accidentally hits Charmin, well the battle was pretty much forgotten, as Charmin tries to kiss the girl he loves, and she tries to get him off of herself by yelling at him.
