I love this whole design. I like her huge pink hair, which is so feminine. I like - love - her ultra-thin body, and the way it makes her torso bend like a snake is weird but even more charming. I like the black rims of the eyes and the purple markings on the cheeks, which suggest makeup and make her look girlish. And yes, I'm pretty fond of the perky little breasts, which are worth mentioning because you so rarely see that shape represented in art.
