Marble — Description

Okay so I had a whole hyperfixation on Marble-
She's also a dragonfly fairy, but she flew too dangerously and got stuck in a really thick part of the blackberry patch when she was racing with her no good friends
and they straight up ditched her bc her wings were trashed and she was way the hell in there
so she had this really traumatic part of her life where she wandered, injured, through the blackberry jungle completely isolated from fairykind. Nobody knew where she was, and she couldn't find the bramble's edge.
Her sheer bitterness and ambition got her through- she fought big spiders, she fought birds, she learned to use the blackberry brambles to her advantage
her scratches healed to thick scars, which are layered upon from (I kid you not) like several fairy months of wandering the brambles

She found the edge of a human property on her travels and fell in love with trash- it was literally her savior in a jungle of nothing but thorns
She picked her way to Dappleglen, and found her sister, Amber, who lets her squat on her territory since she can't claim her own now
(dragonfly fairies start out aquatic, and when they emerge, they stake out territories and guard them. Butterfly and moth fairies are kinda drifters, but some have frequent haunts. Dragonfly fairies don't seem to care if butterfly/moth fairies come and go.)
Anyway Marble had a real bad body dysmorphia low for a while, but started healing after she changed her name to Marble and made trash her identity.Dragonfly fairy who? Who needs to go fast when you can wander forever. (secretly staking out more territory than all the other dragonfly fairies bc she's got the entire ground hehehee)

The weird little mime fairy is her only resident butterfly fairy
Their wings were messed up during metamorphosis, so they're a walker too.
Marble has kind of a mobile store on the backs of a couple big snails where she trades cool trash for interesting far away foods
and she's doing all right
she's actually come to terms with a lot of it
she has friends again, she's vibin as Marble
we love an oc who is healing from her trauma (and is actually on the more-healed end)
