Ocean waves are very relaxing to sit and watch although it is best to have a comfortable seat to sit on if you are there for a long time.

The glass of wine is an excellent idea on your part although it is advised that not too much wine is consumed. 
This can cause the male ego to think it can dive into the ocean and swim to the North Pole to wrestle a Polar Bear.
