I can see a story here. After the girl become twice her size, the mom drinks directly from the bottle, becoming bigger and bigger, outgrowing the house. Then she says goodbye to her dollsize daughter, put the bottle in her cleavage and walk to the city. The daughter, still shocked for all the transformation and scared of the size of her mother, decides to stop her, but how? So she eat the rest of the salad that still has fertilizer and grows big almost as her mother and goes after her to take the bottle and try to make her come into her senses. And so, blablabla, its a growth competition story haha.
