Based on the previous images in the sequence, it seems to be implied Zoe achieved this by sewing Lauren's pieces together in a specific way. (Or at least, that's the best guess I've got. @Browser124 has yet give details on how the girls manage to return to normal after every incident. (Unless I missed something...))

It's purely a rule of comedy sort of vibe. How does Tom come back to life in the next Tom and Jerry short after being decapitated in the last one or whatever.
If you really want to apply a logic behind it, assume that their scraps naturally eventually coalesce after an indeterminate amount of time.
