Basil Rott — Description
This is Basil Rott, He is the caretaker for the Spiral Hill Cemetary in Halloween town. I don't have much of a background story for him, but I just though that T.N.A.C. needed a zombie-like guy to make it feel more like, well... Halloween. Please comment if you'd like.
