Rapture — Description

"Rapture" was done mostly with charcoal powder. The lighter tones were shaved graphite from Hb-3b pencils. Very difficult to capture the deep blacks and subtle highlights in a photograph. Also, very difficult to keep a consistent deep black and needed countless re-blacking throughout the draw. About 40 hours over 2 months. Thanks for stopping! 🍻🤙
