Montecore Kasen R-18 — Description
Decided to convert this model from montecore's model pack I purchased from melonbooks a while back. The models in this pack did not have MMD formats.
I used blender to import the dae file. I then removed materials and bones that were not needed. I smoothed somes edges and fixed some rigging errors. Then added my own details.
I then exported to pmx.
I used kasen's clothed model to size the nude mesh. Then had to rename all the bones to japanese and fix the T pose using pmdeditor.

It was a bit of work.
