Begin Video Transcript.
Click the middle vertice of the breast and then go to View, then "View Selected" to zoom in.

You can make a series of cuts around the inside of of this ring to make the nipple. Use Ctrl for each click to divide the lines in the middle.

Go the the other breast and do the same. The cuts have to be symmetrical for each side.

Make another ring inside. Then go back to the other breast and do the same.

The next steps will be easier if the two sides of the model is symmetrical.

We can use a feature called Mirror.
What effects one side will effect the other.

You can see this model is not symmetrical because the left nipple movement did not match the right. Sometimes this can be fixed by choosing "Topology Mirror" with X Mirror.

Now both sides move correctly.

In models where mirror do not work, then you have to try to make both nipples match.

Since we know the left nipple will move like the right, lets just focus on one.

Click the center vertice. Then press Ctrl and the + key to select the next ring.

Use the arrows to position the nipple correctly.

Select the next ring and even out the surface.

You can add more rings and smooth out the shape if you wish to.

This is usually good enough for me.
