The Biological Research and Experiment Project, or abbreviated as BREP, was established in March 1989 by Dr. Richard Lantz as a test to take DNAs of other people. One of its more successful DNA's was the invention of the Dersey Cloning Programme, after Adam Dersey and his sister Adele were involved in a car accident in 1990, where they weren't securely restrained - his parents survived. This was followed by another cloning programme for Kaleb Takahashi, a year and a half later. The experiments involved young people sharing the DNA of Adam, Adele and Kaleb, in a incredibly short space of time.
