I, personally, have never seen the movie in question, and yet I find this moving and inspirational.
It's not where the quote came from. It's what the quote means. the white makes the otherwise bland sentence interesting with emphasis on the white words, since white catches more attention than black. Imagine it like this:
You're NOT your JOB. you're NOT how MUCH money YOU have IN the BANK. etc.
Am I making any sense?
