Wiley again in a speedo. I know I like drawing whatever characters I do dressed only in just speedos.Wiley was like this since he and Aquilus ( 's character) quit and defected their ex-groups (The Horrid Hunters and the Storm Flock). Yes, he ripped and got rid of his old villain attire to which he is no more.
