So, haven't done much on the graphics end in a while. I've made a handful of icons lately, I'm in the process of starting a new site and I'm starting school in less than a week, so I'm surprised I had the time to write this tut out. xDD

It features Ventus from the upcoming KH title Birth By Sleep for PSP. Some of the techniques used include: selective coloring, curves, pin light layers, etc. Made in PSCS2, but should be usable in most versions of PS and other select programs. Don't redistribute anything in the tut without permission from me or the original artist on specific textures.
