Description
If the Masked Rider franchise were to return, which in fact, will not happen anytime soon as it is back in the hands of Toei Company from Japan, it would be a new startup of the brand, but as Hasbro plans on not adapting any Japanese production, it is so far from mentioning other companies to be created, that they would bring a 3rd Kamen Rider series to be adapted for America.
