Description
Name: MorhemaClass: Necromancer with a taste for animal reanimation and possibly some form of blood magic.
Species: Mostly human, possibly a dash of something else. Maybe some orc.
Gender: Male judging by build. May confirm this at some point by forgetting his pants or managing to get his pants stolen by something.
Sexuality: Uh... pretty much everything falls under the category of "Sentient things that are stronger than him." Sooo... pansexual but leaning towards males because they're strong? Tends to like minotaurs. Also (oddly) terrified of necrophiliacs. As in, will run away flailing his arms in distress.
Appearance: Fairly large, exact height difficult to establish due to a habit of not standing up straight. Appears to have a fairly muscular build, though his frame is hidden somewhat by a hooded cloak.
Wears a fairly ordinary necromancer's helmet, the type that looks a bit like a spike-topped crown. His face is quite difficult to see thanks to the helmet, you have to get right up in his lap and stare at him to see much. From a respectable distance away (ten feet or so, he smells vaguely of dead things), all that's visible is a pair of bright gold glints where his eyes ought to be. His face is heavily shadowed, so either his skin is pale and very shadowy or his skin is grey.
He isn't heavily armored, just plating on his shoulders, light armor on his torso, and reasonably heavy metal boots and gloves. He also has a fairly thick belt and a codpiece, since that's just a smart thing to do when fighting.
The rest of his outfit tends to vary, but it's usually nothing beyond the typical tattered robes one sees on a necromancer. Well, aside from the pockets. His pockets are a bit unusual.
He has at least seven pockets, which don't always seem to stay in the same place, and there may be a few that keep vanishing. They're basically pockets of holding-and-rot-prevention.
At least four pockets are used as storage for various dead things; one pocket for bones and/or parts of things, one pocket for smaller things, one pocket for larger things, and one pocket for freshly dead things. His meals often come from that last pocket. Theoretically other people could eat this, but he doesn't always put things in the right pockets, so that's more of a last resort.
Two other pockets are for live things. One pocket is usually full of poultry, like ducks and chickens, and now and then a goat. These are usually not his poultry and/or goats. He picks them up from random places. The other pocket is full of live spiders, of various sizes and danger levels. Both pockets may have some sort of pocket dimension in there, as the animals are usually in good condition and don't seem very upset about being kept in a pocket.
The last pocket is full of random things. Things like table legs, interesting rocks, pieces of cloth, and a LOT of cheese. More cheese than anyone really needs in their pockets. He doesn't really seem to eat the stuff, so... nobody's quite sure why he wants it. Maybe it's for rat bait.
If he loses an article of clothing, his pockets will somehow migrate themselves to whatever he's still wearing. If he loses all of his clothes, the pockets will somehow reappear back on whatever clothes he decides he likes.
Anything put into the pockets will immediately stop rotting, no matter how long it's left in there and how foul it was when he picked it up. It'll have the same number of maggots/germs/etc once removed, it just somehow stops rotting while in the pockets.
Skills: Tends to lean towards reanimation and control of things. May also sneak up behind people and stab them with sharp things, especially in dark places conducive to sneaking. He carries a pair of long daggers, and thanks to a lack of any true fighting style other than randomly assembled bits of knowledge/skill/etc, he can be rather difficult to dodge or block. Also, he tends to be quite pain-tolerant.
Other:
Rarely speaks, preferring to either not communicate or communicate via gestures and/or small noises that are not words. Capable of speaking, usually has a somewhat childlike tone on the rare occasions he says anything.
He... might not be all in there. Acts a bit childish at times, and tends to act in a rather illogical manner.
Alignment is probably somewhere between Chaotic Neutral and Chaotic Good. Not a bad person, but weird. Also, a necromancer. Also, sometimes cuts dead people up and hangs them in things if they particularly irked him.
Does not like newts and will go to great lengths to avoid contact with them.
Smells vaguely of death and will most likely attract vultures if he stays in one place for long enough
Willing to bathe on request, if it's at all possible. Probably won't help much with the smell, that's a necromancer thing.
Not shy about being naked. Best not to let him lose his pants, he won't particularly care and will make little effort to get them back. Also, he doesn't tend to have underwear on.
Apparently collects chickens. If he finds a type of chicken he doesn't have, and it belongs to someone, he'll either try to trade for one or (if there are a lot) just quietly steal one.
He accidentally terrifies children (of course), and he tries to prevent this by offering ducks to any children who don't immediately run. Yes, ducks. He will remove a live duck from his pocket and offer it to any kid who sticks around for long enough. It sometimes works.
May have some mild form of pica. Pica is the urge to eat things that are not food, commonly dirt and/or clay. This guy doesn't usually eat non-food things, but only because he can't swallow the things he's chewing on. He'll just start chewing on something and will continue until he either gets bored or is forced to not do that. The list of things he tends to chew on includes:
Carved table legs (only if detached from the table)
Helmet horns, especially actual animal horns
Anything derived from a dragon (don't let him near any small dragon components, he'll most likely eat them)
Tusks
Jawbones with lots of teeth (how he doesn't break all his own teeth, nobody can tell)
Anything with just a really odd texture (rubber, especially)
Sunflower blooms (after checking for spiders)
Monkeys in general (he doesn't usually manage to keep ahold of them)
And sometimes other things, just to see what it feels like to chew on them.
This is either some form of pica or just a very strange hobby.
