'Time For The Big Guns...' — Description

If there was one Billy and Mandy/ Evil Con Carne character that I really enjoyed, it would have to be General Skarr. This is him in his Underfist look, which was by far the best Billy and Mandy movie yet. Watch it if you haven't! Armin Shimerman provides a great voice to the character, and Buffy fans will recognize him as Principal Snyder, another great role. Heh heh. Hopefully this isn't too bad, and yes, I know that looks like a Proton Pack on his back. Epic, no? Hehe.
