Jessica Rabbit is not only an iconic character, she's probably the one of the most famous sex symbols on the animated screen. Not everyone can pull off Jessica but is definitely one of the few inidividuals who can. She's put in a lot of effort into this costume and various things done to what seem like a simple dress costume from the animated look makeup and achieving that Jessica curvature look. I would suggest taking a look at her page on the construction of this amazing costume.

- A little bit about this shoot -
Even though we planned for an on location shoot, it didn't turn out the way we envisioned and had to make some last minute changes to the location. So we ended up using one of her stage props, modified it somewhat and voila! A Jessica Rabbit stage is born. The stool is provided by Yaya and I got the vintage mic from a local prop store As for the lighting, I knew I wanted a 'spot light' feel to it, so I positioned the main light with grids 45 degrees in front and above her head aiming down, then another octabox beind her opposite direction of the main light to create the rim light on her. In other words, there's no heavy duty photoshop and all the elements are real, it's mostly simple retouch
