Origins: Jade was younger found Tannin Dragonson. In adulthood, Jade was accidentally scarred by her own henchman Captain Bouge when she saved Aladdin Dragonson and Maya punches Captain Bouge in the face. When Jade told Tannin everything she tried to forgive him but Tannin couldn’t and he will never say Jade’s name again. So Jade called herself Scar, so she would never forget for her own actions.
She’s inspired to Scar from The Lion King.
