Puff — Description

Puff is a scrappy bounty hunter who work's under Selkie and his Oki Mariner. When she's in the water or surface she's a force to be reckoned with. She's been given a support item, a face painted flail, and when she starts swinging you best look out.

Fun fact: Her real size is 105cm, and her leg wear is similar to Selkie's gear.
