Ruby's Encounter (Part 19) — Description
(Ruby was surprised as Jarsis turned her upright in his coils.)

Ruby: What? You're not going to eat me?

Jarsis: Of course not!

Ruby: So then...why am I in your coils?

Jarsis: Well for one thing, I wanted to give you a relaxing night here in the jungle, plus I also want to train you.

Ruby: Train me?

Jarsis: Yes, you see the jungle can be dangerous even though it looks lovely. But trust me, some animals don't take kindly to dogs like you, but if you allow me to train you, you will be safe. Don't worry Ruby, I give you my word that I have no intention to devour you and I never will have such intentions to do so.

Ruby: But why would you not want to eat me? I mean with me in your coils, I'd make a very satisfying meal for a snake. What's to stop you from eating me?

Jarsis: Because I follow the law of the Furhaven Jungle to never eat innocent animals. Besides you're too cute to be eaten.
