Yep but their relationship was never explained and you don't have the proof that she wasn't pregnant.
As for Rey and Kylo being a sibling, the idea is unoriginal and tacky in that case. First of all, neither Han nor Leia recognized her. What is more, they would never abandoned their child. The cousins theory makes no sense what's so ever because Luke wouldn't abandon his own child on a god forsaken planet like he was abandoned.
I prefer Rey not to be related to any family, or just be a Solo. Right after Kylo marries her ass.

I don't think I'd be disappointed with her being a Solo; I don't think with her opinion of him as low as it is, she'd ever see him as anything but a "creature" or a "monster" without a reason like that to care. She's too smart, I think, to swoon over him just because he's a bad boy. Siblinghood, however, might make her feel an obligation to try to help since especially should something happen to Leia, Kylo will be the only family she has left.
