честно говоря, понятия не имею, хотя в правилах написано вроде. У меня раза два ДД когда выбирали, один раз по знакомый как-то \"предложил\", другой совершенно незнакомый человек, причем выбрал какую-то отвратительную фотографию с козой, которую я чисто случайно не удалил
