Outlaws and gunslingers alike are rampant on the American frontier in the 1880s. Both sides of the law equally corrupted. The Templars, still desperately trying to gain control after the loss of their Confederate allies during the Civil War, have used their influence to rule the West with an iron fist. Outlaws torment civilians, robbing them of their gold and their lives. Meanwhile, lawmen grip the population tight, seizing power wherever they can. Only one thing stands between the Templars and their quest to destroy freedom. The Assassins, fighting for the innocent people, Natives and whites alike, devote themselves to ending the Templars’ plots and setting the frontier free.
