Always Waiting For Him... — Description
This is a Bleach manga cover featuring Rangiku Matsumoto.

Well its 1:48 a.m. here in Indiana and I thought I'd upload this piece before I call it a night.

I was going to color her dress white or a soft black, but I was watching the movie Major League and it was the part where Stacy Carroll seduces Charlie Sheen in the bar, and I thought she was so sexy and alluring in that red dress that I had to color Mastsumoto's dress that color.
