Admin: I actually figured this all out based off of the tiny subscript at the bottom of the comment which basically gives an example of having Japan with France instead. So I just decided to start off with that. xD

As for America's comment about the elevator, I don't know how many of you guys remember, but there was this random clip in one of the earlier episodes. It went something like this:

America: Someone once told me my elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor, but I don't even have an elevator.

Italy: Hey! I heard that, too! We should go buy one~.

The whole time the two of them are smiling stupidly. They're the two adorable, air-headed countries that everyone just has to love.
