Ok, I actually kinda agree. You can't even say "Latinx" in Spanish. There is the alternative "Latine" which I use cuz you can actually say it in Spanish and not have to randomly switch languages for something you can't pronounce. However, if this is denouncing the concept of something other than Latino or Latina, then let me tell you that nonbinary people in South America DO exist, and the term Latinx actually was created by them. However, I like using Latine better when it comes to actually speaking Spanish.

"Latinidad" is not a word. And why is it that it is only YOU that seems to know the definition? No one knows what the hell you are talking about. You're probably talking about the more radical groups - cartels and politically charges delinquents from the left and right - but they don't go by that label.
And yes, Italians are Latins no one is denying that. Where are you going with all this? And this is coming from a Mexican American - I know terms like "chicano", "la raza", or "Viva La Raza" but I don't know where and how you came up with that word.
