Pixel Art Gun - Raan R1 Assault Rifle — Description
Setting
------------------------------------------
A bullpup, smaller calibre version of the R2 battle rifle by the RAAN company. The specialized proprietary round of the R2 rifle made it too expensive for mass production. The R1 solves this by switching to a Coalition Standard round, which has the added benefit of negating the need for high-durability magnetic coils.
The R1 assault rifle's compact frame makes it ideal for naval boarding actions, while retaining the same barrel length as the heavier R2.
