Mr Radium — Description

Sketch concepts of Professor Radium [for my take, maybe change it to simply Mr Radium]
Prof. Radium are actually a lot closer to the tragic characterization that would be applied to Mr Freeze from Btas. Given the more prissy take of Mr Zero of this universe, would translate that Mr Freeze characterization to this guy.
In the comic, Radium tries to defeat death with a radioactive serum. Initially testing on dead dogs. When proven successful he tests it on himself with the help of his assistant. He is revived, but there are side effects. Emits a glow and is deadly to both the touch and his presence. Kills the assistant, wife and maid by accident. Wears a lead suit to protect others as he goes to the hospitals of Gotham to steal a rare and expensive ingredient to try and cure himself. Batman and Robin intervene, not knowing the context of his thieving. Making them slightly the antagonists in role. For the professor, another side effect he finds is the radioactive chemicals within him are warping his mind to madness.
With my take, one idea for Radium is they were the human test subject by their scientist father who was in mourning and grief for his recent death. When revived, he kills him and mother by accident. Worse yet, no more of the reviving serum. Thus he is stuck needing to both reverse engineer a cure and remake the potion from his father's notes and needing to learn a bit more of the sciences; which was what lead to their death initially. Took his own life due to stress and feeling unable to live to his intellectual height. A cruel irony.
His suit I thought would be comical to model after a light bulb due to his glowing.
